We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for various aspects of customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls with appropriate greeting and assist every customer in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide information to customers regarding order confirmation, new products, shipping, etc.
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with both existing and new vendors.
  • Utilize databases that are in place for sample request, article number set-up request, responsiveness, Customer Corrective Actions, out of specification material approvals, return authorizations.
  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
  • Manage Canada warehouse inventory levels and scheduling of internal transfer of materials between warehouses.

Our Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior export customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office. SAP/CRM knowledge in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment. Timing is a critical function.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • SAP: 2 years (Required)
