HVAC- Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate will use their knowledge and experience with HVAC systems to provide the utmost customer service to our clients. This candidate will handle incoming calls and daily scheduling for technicians. Will provide proper and accurate handling of all inquiries on product, services, company, and site navigation via phone, emails, social media, and chats.
Shift: First Shift
Pay: $41,600 salary
Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities
· Handling calls inquiries on all products, services, company, and site navigation via phone, emails, social media, and chats.
· Scheduling technicians for service calls
· Provide the highest quality of customer service to customers.
· Handle customer complaints in an efficient and polite manner.
· Build and establish relationships with brand clientele.
Requirements
· 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
·2-4 years of HVAC experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
