BelFlexis currently recruiting for a 6 month assignment (remote) with the possibility of extension as they are looking for a full time employee at a large gene therapy company on the west coast.

The Contracts Coordinator plays an integral role in the operational execution and delivery of study activities. This role will support contracting across all Research functions and will be responsible for tracking and facilitating contracts, providing organization for study execution.

Primary Responsibilities
·Primary contact between Research and Technical Operations and Legal for new contracts
·Drafting multiple contract types including Non-Disclosure agreements, Master Service Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work, and Change Orders ·Manage execution (including signature process) of contracts with sites, vendors, investigators, and other project-related contracts as applicable
·Coordinating workflow between the Legal Department and the Research and Technical Operations functions
·Maintain active/frequent communication with internal partners throughout contract life cycle and escalate issues as needed

About you Must Have/Required
·High school diploma with 2+ years’ experience, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, industry
·Ability to manage priorities effectively and proactively communicate issues ·Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
·Ability to work independently with little supervision
