BelFlex Staffing is seeking a highly motivated CNC Set-Up Technician for our Greenville Client
 
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!!
 
Pay- $30hr-33hr; negotiable DOE
 
Shift- 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, OT available/needed Fridays
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate manual and CNC shop equipment (lathes, mills, multi-axis)
  • Perform machining operations on all types of materials (ferrous, nonferrous metals and alloys, etc)
  • Assist manager in meetings 
  • Suggest improvement ideas regarding productivity, efficiency, and processes to management and engineering team
  • Ensure drawings, specifications, procedures etc are accurate to produce parts
  • Perform machine to machine changeovers
  • Deburr parts and edges
  • Diagnose, detect, and  troubleshoot programming issues with machine
  • Train Machinist to produce parts
  • Use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc)
  • Communicate any deficiencies to management
  • Promote, guide and assist others to meeting Quality Policy and ISO standards and customer expectations
  • 5S- Lead team to organize, clean, and maintain tools and equipment work area
  • Oversee production goals for a team of CNC Machinist and Operators
 
Education/Experience
 
  • Highschool Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 9 years experience in CNC machinist role
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Setup and Adjustments
