CNC Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Clayton, NC
Pay: $15/hr starting, with the opportunity to advance to $20+/hr after training

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience operating CNC equipment and are eager to expand their skills. Starting pay is $15/hr, with structured hands-on training and the potential to advance to $20+/hr once you become proficient in CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines to produce precision parts.

  • Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and quality checks.

  • Participate in hands-on training to learn CNC programming.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.

  • Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn CNC programming.

  • Dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with the company.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Starting pay: $15/hr

  • Pay increase to $20+/hr upon successful training and demonstration of CNC programming proficiency.
