Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve any machine or facility maintenance issues
- Coordinate with any outside vendors to resolve issues when necessary
- Confer with management and production team daily to determine any repairs or maintenance priorities
- Perform routine machine and facility maintenance which includes: coolant change, oil level monitoring, cleaning of machinery fans, clear duct returns, etc
- Track all maintenance issues and communicate to management in a timely manner
- Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for facility and machine needs
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and yearly routine maintenance issues
- Ensure timely completion of all maintenance related tasks
- Complete and coordinate inspection of building as required by local, state, and federal governance
- Complete custodial task as needed or required (floor scrubbing, mopping, etc)
- Perform all maintenance duties within scope of all quality and safety policies and procedures
- Willing to perform other duties as trained and able
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of facility maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- CNC Maintenance experience preferred
