BelFlex is currently hiring a Bilingual Supervisor in the Jeffersonville area!

The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish and English with leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Shift: 1st Shift
$20-$22/hr
Located in Jeffersonville, IN

Responsibilities
  • The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily production of a specific area in the warehouse.
  • Must be able to collaborate with the leaders in other areas to make sure required production needs are met.
  • Load and unload material for machine operators using a sit-down forklift
  • Coach and train team members

Required Skills
  • Leadership Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Forklift Experience preferred but not required.
  • Self-started that will take initiative to meet production needs.
  • Team Player
