Shift:
We have all 3 shift available and must be up for overtime.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sanitize all batching tanks.
- Pre-stage batches accurately and timely
- Batch all products with little assistance
- Make batch corrections as needed.
- Unload sugar trucks and assist with alcohol deliveries
- Special cleaning duties.
- Cycle count inventory as needed. Perform end-of-month and year-end inventory.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Knowledge of GMPs.
- Understanding of Food Safety Requirements
- Work without supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret measurements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
- Expected to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Employees expected to climb ladders and work at heights not exceeding 10 feet.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Withstand temperatures below 40 degrees F and above 95 degrees F.
- Expected to be able to bend/stoop frequently.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
