Auditor

• 2^nd Shift:  3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• 3^rd Shift:  11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Cell Inspector/Auditor perform quality inspections and maintain records of inspections for conformance to customer specifications. Also conduct visual and measurement testing utilizing a range of inspection equipment.

• Examine a set percentage of products per the established standards and to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Inspects and approves in-process product by conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable products.
• Package product in accordance with the product standards applying identification labeling with current lot number traceability
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
• Keep the production cell in a clean and organized manner
• Record information such as the number of products tested, part number, lot number, and dates and times of product production.
• Inspectors have responsibility for the identification and appropriate escalation of major and critical incidents.
• A Quality Inspector must have excellent communication abilities, and solid attention to detail. In addition, they need to make quick decisions and learn the quality guidelines for each product within the production line.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to maintain organization
• Must have good English written and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand measurements
• Ability to follow procedures, test methods
• Ability to understand drawings and specifications
