Temp-to-Hire Assembly Position at BelFlex Staffing Network
Location: Beavercreek
Pay Rate:$16/Hr
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Job Description: The Assembler performs repetitive work-station operations to produce wire and cable assemblies and other related products
Key Responsibilities:

Review Work Orders: Carefully review work orders to understand detailed work instructions and requirements.

Wire and Cable Processing: Measure, cut, and process wire and cable according to specifications.

Cable Assembly: Build cable assemblies with a keen focus on accuracy and quality.

Record Keeping: Document sign-off information onto work orders upon completion of tasks.

Maintain Clean and Safe Work Area: Keep the work area and equipment clean, organized, and adhere to prescribed safety regulations at all times.

Adaptability: Be open to performing other duties as required or as needed within the assembly department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of reading and interpreting work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Use measuring devices
- Good hand/eye coordination
