Start your first day as a direct hire employee with this Apartment Maintenance position. 

You will be going to vacated apartments and doing repairs like fixing or replacing electrical sockets, fixing minor leaks, fixing walls and doors, flooring. Doing basic landscaping.

The basic requirements for this position include  a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smart phone for app, and ability for emergency on call duty.
and basic plumbing, electrical,plumbing and carpentry skills. Be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Be able to work with a variety of tools.
