Administrative Assistant

This is a part time assistant with flexible hours. 

We are looking for a capable and friendly Administrative assistant to work in our Company. To ensure success, front office assistants should possess experience in office administration and the ability to communicate with customers and the mother Company in Italy.

Back Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
  • Entering orders from customers and taking care of deliveries.
  • Preparing and sending orders to the supplier(s).
  • Preparing and sending sales offers.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Back Office Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Familiar with the ERP “Quickbooks” à This is very important
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
