Job Duties:
- Unloading/receiving all deliveries.
- Stocking materials received.
- Staging and loading onto trucks all customer orders.
- Loading and unloading vendor and common carrier vehicles.
- Stock rotation, loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis.
- Packaging products for shipping.
- Helping to organize the warehouse.
- Cleaning and sweeping warehouse as needed.
- Assist with inventory and Cycle counts.
- Double checking all loads for accuracy.
- Operating forklifts safely and responsibly.
- Treating all vendors and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner. Performing all duties safely.
- General forklift maintenance.
- Tracking and monitoring inventory levels.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Qualifications. Ability to repeatedly lift products weighing 50-100 pounds.
- OSHA approved Powered Industrial Truck certification (company training provided).
- Valid OSHA approved forklift certification (company training provided).
Job Requirements:
- Dependable, efficient, and punctual.
- Work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
- Specific qualifications for the Warehouse Worker position include:
- Superior attention to detail.
- Work well with others.
- Computer Skills including Outlook, and basic functions such as using printer, mouse and keyboard.
- Ability to multitask.
- Organizational skills.
- Forklift certification and experience preferred (we will train if necessary). Knowledge of AS400 is a plus.
