Training will be Mon – Friday 6am – 4:30pm & Saturday 6am – 11am (55 hours). Third shift will be Sun – Thursday 8pm – 6:30am (50 hours). The training timeline is not exact, but we expect it to last about 2-3 months.
Updated wages.
- Starting, 1st Shift Training – $16.00 hr
- Starting -$16.00 + new shift differential $1.00 hr = $17.00 once moved to 3rd shift
- Starting – $16.00 + $1.00 differential + $1.00 hr weekly perfect attendance bonus = $18.00 once moved to 3rd and perfect attendance.
These are all temp to hire, with the expectation of hiring upon completion of hours.
- Once they are hired, they will receive a $500 sign award after 90 days.

Cutoff: Operator will pull correct material, set machine up to correct length, and cut tubes
Leak Testing: Operator is responsible for the testing of all welds.
Cleaning ID/OD: ID Operator will take the tubes that passed leak detection and insert a lance into the tubes flushing/cleaning them. This is followed up by putting adding rust preventative oil and capping the ends. OD Operator is responsible for putting paint racks into our internal car wash bay for cleaning as well as taking carts in and out of the paint room
Bending: Operator is responsible for the CNC setup and bending of all tubes. Operator will require and receive a vast amount of training for the setup, inspection, and operation of various CNC benders.
Painting: Operator is responsible for quality paint jobs on tubing. Operator must be quality conscience and can work with a sense of urgency.
Packaging: Operator is responsible for the quality inspection of the painted parts as well as learning the different processes within the packaging requirements.
