 manufacturer facility that makes parts for tractors and forklifts. They require candidates fill out an Appian application in the BelFlex office and set up a tour of the facility. This is a hot manufacturing facility that requires heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), steel toe boots, and safety glasses/gloves (glasses and gloves provided by Appian). 

Shift: Monday-Fri 8pm -6:30am , plus some Saturdays
Wage: $18hr temp to hire, once hired, candidates will receive a $500 sign-on bonus and become eligible for other attendance bonuses and incentives 
Health insurance & 401k through Appian 
10-panel drug test required, background required – no Felonies in 7yrs, all misdemeanors are OK.
require great English speaking and understanding ability.  Must be, and show, they are mechanically inclined.  Willing to work overtime and possess a sense of quality and urgency.
Great attendance is a must!. Previous Welding Exp is a must. Robot TIG Welding.
