POLICIES
As a BelFlex Staffing Network employee, you are an important representative of a global corporation. We trust that you will maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on assignment at our client facilities.
Completion of Assignments
If you cannot complete your assignment, you must give BelFlex a 24-hour written notice. If you do not give a 24-hour written notice, you will be paid minimum wage for the hours worked in the last week of the assignment.
Please notify BelFlex two days before your assignment ends. This will allow us to find another assignment for you and prevent you from missing any work. Any time you are available to work, please call your BelFlex representative. We often have opportunities available that same day.
Overtime
You will receive overtime pay at a rate of time and 1/2 your regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a pay period (Monday through Sunday).
Workers’ Compensation
It is mandatory that you immediately report any accident or injury to both your supervisor on the job and your BelFlex office. Seek necessary medical attention as directed by your on-site supervisor or your BelFlex Representative. Post-accident drug screening is mandatory.
All BelFlex Staffing Solutions employees are subject to drug tests, alcohol tests and background checks.
Report any injury to Belflex or to the supervisor to whom you report on your assignment immediately and under no circumstances later than the end of the shift on which the injury occurs.
PROCEDURES
Timecards
Indicate hours worked (to the nearest 15 minutes) each day. Ask your on-site supervisor to sign your timecard at the end of each week.
Our pay period is Monday through Sunday. Your timecard must be in by 6:00 PM on the Monday following the Sunday of the week you worked. If your timecard is not received by this deadline, your paycheck will be delayed by one week.
Use a separate timecard for each job site.
New timecards are provided with each paycheck. Failure to complete your timecard correctly will delay your paycheck.
Certain clients provide group timecards. If this is the case, you will be notified when you are assigned to the position and the client will be responsible for tracking your starting and ending time along with the total hours worked. Your supervisor will submit the information to BelFlex.
Direct Deposit & Paycards
You can elect direct deposit or a pay card. These cards are automatically loaded with your wages each payday, allowing the you to use the card to pay bills, purchase goods or withdraw cash at a networked ATM.
CONTACTING YOU
In addition to standard phone calls from our staffing supervisors, BelFlex also uses our Applicant Tracking System for volume opportunities and group notifications. You may receive a recorded message or text message detailing work opportunities and requirements.
